Direct-current commutator motor for e.g. adjustment drive of anti-blocking brake mechanism in motor vehicle, has commutator including plates that are interconnected by bridges such that single-tooth windings and bridges form wire loops
The motor has a stator provided with multiple stator poles i.e. permanent magnets, and an armature rotor (4) provided with multiple armature teeth (5, Z6-Z8), which are arranged with intermediate rotor slots (9) around a circumference of the armature rotor. Single-tooth windings (W7) are provided on the armature teeth. An end of each single-tooth winding is interconnected with a commutator hook (13) of plates (L, L18-L21) of a commutator (6). The commutator plates are interconnected by bridges (11) such that the single-tooth windings and the bridges together form wire loops (14). An independent claim is also included for a method for winding an armature rotor.
