The method involves providing an x-ray detector with a scintillator which converts x-ray quantum in light quantum. The x-ray quantum is incident on the x-ray detector. The x-ray detector has a grid of detector units. Each detector unit has an intermediate storage for measured values that are elected from the light-sensitive receiver. The measured values in all light-sensitive receivers are repositioned on a predetermined value. The x-rays (22) are delivered from an x-ray source (21), so that the x-rays are impacted on the x-ray detector after passing through an image object. An independent claim is included for a system unit for stereoscopic x-ray imaging.
