The method involves supplying the two signals (21.1,21.2) to the analog-digital converter through adjustable attenuator (20). The variable attenuation of the attenuator is performed in such a manner that the maximum amplitude of the primary signal corresponds to the reference level of analog/digital converter. The variable attenuation of attenuator is performed so that maximum amplitude of secondary signal corresponds to the reference level of analog/digital converter. The measuring process is terminated when the measuring of signals is finished. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) computer program product for measuring signals; and (2) device for measuring signals by analog/digital converter.
