A heating unit (13) and a cooling unit (14) are provided. The side of a cell connector (5) set facing the terminal (4) of the battery (1) is heated with the heating unit. The side of battery cell housing (17) set facing the battery terminal is cooled with the cooling unit. The cell connector is welded with the battery terminal at the final step. The heat for heating the terminals between the heating unit and the battery terminal, and/or the heat for cooling the terminals between cooling unit and the battery terminal is transmitted through heat conduction process. An independent claim is included for a device for controlling temperature of terminal of battery, for welding of cell connector.
