A plastic bath (11) is formed in pockets (10,29) provided between the two converging surfaces (6,7,26). The fiber materials (12,25) pulled within the pocket are impregnated with the plastic bath. The minimum distance of converging surfaces at an exit point of the fiber material is set 50% more than the thickness of the fiber material. A horizontally defined plane is extended through an axis (5) of rotation of the rollers (2). The peripheral speed of surfaces of pocket is directed in extraction direction of the fiber material. An independent claim is included for a pultrusion process for producing fiber-reinforced plastic profile.
