The arrangement has a main pipe (1) through which a process gas stream is guided. Multiple sampling probes (2) projects in each different sub-areas of the process gas stream for isokinetic removal of a partial flow rate. The pipes of the sampling probes are brought together to a common filter (3). A determination of the solids content is carried out in the process gas stream according to measured output of the gas volume and the weight difference of the filter. The sampling probes are arranged in different measurement axes (5,6).
