A fixing element is fixed to the sheet edge, and is connected to fixing device of another baking sheet. The fixing element is provided with a fixing projection (17) which is projected from the sheet edge, and a fixing recess (18) which is formed in the edge. The flow openings (21) are formed in base for allowing hot air. An independent claim is included for a metal baking sheet arrangement.
