Membrane tube (2) for coating a carrier (1) of a ventilation device, preferably an aeration system for wastewater treatment and treatment in sewage plants, comprises a fixing device against rotation or slippage of the membrane tube or portions of the membrane tube relative to the carrier. An independent claim is also included for the ventilation device, preferably an aeration system for wastewater treatment and treatment in sewage plants, comprising (a) the carrier and (b) one of the carrier encasing the membrane tube as above.
