The detector has scintillation fibers (13) which are provided with scintillation fiber bundles (11). Gamma radiation incident on scintillation fibers is converted into light pulses which propagate to end of scintillation fiber bundles. The end (17) of scintillation fiber bundle is attached to photoelectric transducer which converts light incident to it into electric signal. A retroreflection unit (23) arranged in end (21) of fiber bundle performs retroreflection of incident light back to scintillation fiber bundles. An independent claim is included for radiometric measuring device.
