The device i.e. medium container (10), has a fastening device (14) for releasable fastening at an outer side of a primary excavator structure (16) i.e. excavator arm. A delivery hose is utilized for delivery of media, and a winding device is arranged at an interior side for the delivery hose. A biasing unit temporarily biases the delivery hose in winding direction. The fastening unit is provided for attachment to the blade of the excavator. A clutch unit is coupled to a hydraulic system of the excavator.
