The set (32) has an upper and lower bearing devices comprising annular bearing units with bearing planes for rotatable supporting of a head tube (20). The bearing units are held in bearing supports that are movably received in bearing retainers such that the bearing planes are variably held in relation to each other. Each plane is pivotable around a pivotal axis that runs vertical to a rotational axis of the bearing units. The pivotal axes are arranged parallel to each other, and one of the bearing units is held in one of the bearing supports eccentrically with a midpoint offset. The bearing supports are made of plastic material. The bearing retainers are made of metal material or carbon material. An independent claim is also included for a bicycle.
