The valve (1) has housing portion (3,4) in which an inner space (5) is formed. An actuator module (9) acts on the intermediate element (6) of the transfer unit. The intermediate element is sealed with respect to inner space and decouples actuator module unit (7) from inner space in which actuator module is located. The intermediate element has throttle (29) that connects actuator module unit with another module (8) in the inner space.
