Composition comprises olefinically functionalized siloxane oligomer (I), which exhibit (a) not 1 olefinic group at silicon atom, (b) at least one fatty acid (II), and (c) silyloxy (Si-O)-crosslinked structural elements, which form chain-like-, cyclic-, crosslinked- or optionally spatially crosslinked structures, and are derived from alkoxysilanes. Composition comprises olefinically functionalized siloxane oligomer of formula ((R1O)[(R1O) 1 - x(R2) xSi(A)O] a[Si(Y1) 2O] c[Si(B1)(R4) y(OR3) 1 - yO] bR3) (I), which exhibit (a) not 1 olefinic group at silicon atom, (b) at least one fatty acid of formula (R5-COOH) (II), and (c) silyloxy (Si-O)-crosslinked structural elements, which form chain-like-, cyclic-, crosslinked- or optionally spatially crosslinked structures, and are derived from alkoxysilanes. A : olefinic group; B1 : saturated hydrocarbyl, where the ratio of A to B is 1:0-1:8; Y1 : OR3 or O 1 / 2(in crosslinked or optionally spatially crosslinked structures) or OR3; R1 : 1-4C alkyl (optionally branched and/or cyclic), optionally H, and/or -CO-R5; R3 : 1-4C alkyl (optionally branched and/or cyclic); R2, R4 : 1-15C alkyl (optionally branched or cyclic); R5 : optionally substituted 3-45C hydrocarbon; either a : = 1; and b, c : = 0; or a+b+c : = 2; and x, y : 0 or 1. An independent claim is also included for preparing the above composition, comprising reacting olefinically functionalized alkoxysilane compound of formula (A-Si(R2) x(OR11) 3 - x) (III), optionally alkoxysilane compound of formula (B1-Si(R4) y(OR13) 3 - y) (IV) and optionally tetraalkoxysilane compound of formula (Si(OR13) 4) (V) with a defined amount of water, in presence of fatty acid compound of formula (II), and/or olefinically functionalized carboxy silane compound of formula (A-Si(R2) x(OR14) 3 - x) (VI), and optionally in presence of a solvent, preferably alcohol, to obtain siloxane oligomers. R11, R13 : 1-4C alkyl (optionally branched and/or cyclic); and R14 : -CO-R5.
