The cleaner (1) has a motor fan unit (2) comprising a fan (4) propelled by an electromotor (3). The fan is arranged in an air stream channel (10), where the channel starts with a dust receiving unit and ends with a dust separation unit (20). A set of air circulation elements (11) is arranged at outer side (5) of the electromotor or at inner side (12) of the air stream channel. An outlet hole (13) is arranged in a wall of the air stream channel to eject dust particles (14) into the dust separation unit, where the circulation elements are formed in thread or helical shape. The air stream channel is designed as a suction hose. The fan is designed as an axial blower and as a propeller.
