The hydraulic regulator (1) has piston (5) that is provided with dynamic seal (6) which seals pressure chamber (7). A feed device (8) generates pressure between inactive pressure and active pressure. Another piston (11) is arranged between piston and pressure chamber, with three dynamic seals (12-14) to seal a pressure chamber (15). The dynamic seals of the pistons are configured to seal pressure chamber during axially movable state, lower active pressure and upon application of the active pressure respectively. An independent claim is included for a motor car.
