The solenoid valve has a valve tappet (13) arranged in a valve housing, where the valve tappet is able to open or to close a valve passage in a valve seat body (12). A magnet armature is provided for actuating the valve tappet, where the magnet armature is formed in an area of a defined power stroke. The valve tappet guided through an opening (7) of a jar base (8) is protruded in a direction of the valve seat body which is received by a thin-walled casing (9). The thin-walled casing is fixed to another casing (1).
