The machine has a forming section for transporting the fibrous raw material to suction/press section (18) along with a dewatering belt (14), in order to manufacture a fibrous web material (26). The suction/press section receives and presses the fibrous raw material between a press belt arrangement (20) and dewatering belt, against the external periphery of suction arrangement (28). The press belt arrangement includes press belt (32) provided at raw material contact surface (42) and included with base structure made of multi-ply fabric or knitted fabric.
