The blade (1) has a rotor blade inner part (2) turned towards a rotor hub, where the blade is fastened at the rotor hub and at a rotor blade longitudinal axis. A rotor blade outer part (4) is turned away from the rotor hub. The rotor blade inner part and the rotor blade outer part are connected with each other by a connecting device. The connecting device comprises an anchoring element anchored in the rotor blade outer part. A counter element is anchored in the rotor blade inner part. Connecting bolts reach through the counter element and are fastened in the anchoring element. The rotor blade inner part and/or the rotor blade outer part are made of fiber reinforced plastic e.g. glass-fiber reinforced plastic and carbon fiber reinforced plastic. The anchoring element and the counter element are designed as a transverse bolt.
