The two units arrangement has a vehicle body unit (10) and another vehicle body unit (20) connected to the former unit. A section (11) of the former unit and a section (21) of the latter unit form a rail (40). The rail has two side walls (42,43), which are at a distance from each other. One of the two side walls is affiliated to the former unit and the other side wall is affiliated to the latter unit. A connecting element is jammed inside the rail such that the connecting element pulls the two side walls in a direction of the middle of the rail and generated a force to connect the two units. An independent claim is included for a method for connecting a unit with another unit.
