The transfer gear-box device (1) has an adjusting drive (6) and a balancing drive (25), which are axially arranged between the planetary drives (7,8). The drive gears (30,31) are coaxially opposite to each other and are connected with one of the connecting shafts (34,34',35,35',36,36'). The adjusting drive is connected with a compensating rod (28) in a power-transmitting manner. The adjusting drive has an electric machine (26). A rotor shaft (27) of the electric machine is coupled to the compensating rod. An independent claim is included for a transfer gear-box.
