The planetary roller screwdriver has a spindle nut (1) arranged on a threaded spindle (2) and multiple planetary rollers (3) that are arranged over the circumference in a distributed manner and stand in rolling engagement with the threaded spindle and the spindle nut. A sensor element (15) is provided with multiple magnetoresistive sensors which are arranged to each other with the threaded spindle with an axial distance. Each of the magnetoresistive sensors represents a different integer number between zero and nine. A counter sensor is provided for a counter.
