The blade has a rotationally symmetric wire element (2) surrounding a cylindrically-formed rotor (1). A rotational axis (3) of the rotor is corresponding to a wire axis (4), where the blade is designed as projection part on the rotor. Parts of the blade are connected with each other by an articulated joint and fastened to the rotor, where the parts of the blade are made of different materials lying in rotational direction (9). An axis of the articulated joint runs parallel to the rotational axis of the rotor, where the joint supports on the rotor over a supporting surface.
