The machine has a gas-filled support (1) including a temperature control device (12) for keeping the gas in a gas chamber (14) at moderate temperature, and a piston rod (5) provided in the gas chamber. A lubrication chamber (11) is provided in a region close to the piston rod. The gas-filled support is built into the working machine, so that a tube sheet (3) is connected to a work equipment such as boom (21), by bearing bolts (18). A sealing and guiding unit (29) is directed downward, so that small amount of oil (26) is included in the gas chamber.
