The arrangement (2) has a grommet (8) for sealingly guiding cables, and a fastening part fastened to a wall (6) of a motor car. Another fastening part is locked with the former fastening part, where the grommet has a fastening recess. The fastening parts are inserted into the recess such that the latter part is locked with the former part in a locking position, where the grommet is supported at the former part over the latter fastening part under the fastening of the grommet to the wall. The grommet has a frame part made from plastic or steel and a sealing part (16) made from rubber.
