The undercarriage (1) has a central frame (2), and left and right crawlers (3,4) which are movable relative to the central frame. Each crawler has crawler supports (11-14) which are indirectly/directly connected and slidably mounted on the center frame. The separate recesses (7-10) are formed in central frame for slidably receiving the respective crawler support. A drive is provided for crawler support. An independent claim is included for method for assembly and disassembly of crawler crane.
