The magnetic unit comprises cylindrical magnetic elements i.e. permanent magnets, arranged in equal distance to each other and separated from each other along circumferential direction. The magnetic elements are located in front-sided contact surfaces (8) of the respective finger rings, where the contact surfaces are turned away from each other. The magnetic elements are radially symmetrically arranged.
