A bonding layer (3) is formed between supporting layer (2) and cartilage layer. A diffusion device (8) promotes diffusion of cell culture by providing the unit for generating pressure difference between replacement sides. A milling-grinding apparatus performs one-mold processing of replacement, to process milling grinding point. A movement unit has control device to move cutter/grinder, and walker relative to carrier (4), so that replacement portion at contact point is processed. The movement unit has support to determine depth of milling process, or bracket to set walker pressure. An independent claim is included for process for preparing joint replacement.
