The modular mounting system (1) has transverse module carriers (6,7) that are fastened to the front and rear with main beams (4,5). Total floor space, particularly main area (9a), is provided laterally in the longitudinal direction of the main area. The total floor space is set apart from between front and rear posts (2,3). Another area (9b) is extended laterally from the main area. The posts are provided with an upper end for securing the front and rear posts to the front and rear main beam.
