The damper (1) has a vibration damper ring (3) arranged in a housing (2) filled with damping oil such as silicone oil, and an elastic planar spring washer (6) rotatably attached at the damper ring in rotation direction by spiral spring bars (8). The spring washer is connected with a hub (5) of the damper, where the spring bars are formed as parabola springs and are identical in a plan view. The spring washer is formed from a spring plate, where the spring bars are separated from each other by slots (9) formed by a laser cutting process.
