The wheel has a central shaft (2) vertically extended, and folding wings (6) attached at the central shaft. The folding wings are pivoted around flap axles (4), which are radially extended to the central shaft. The flap axles are connected together at outer ends, which are radially turned away from the central shaft, of the axles by connection bars (8), where the flap axles support the folding wings. Stopper bars are vertically located below the flap axles, and are extended parallel to the flap axles. The connection bars form a closed ring, and the folding wings comprise a recess (16).
