The wing (1) has larger drums (6) fixed at a rear side of the wing to make use of wind-stream generated by the rotation of the wing, where the drums are provided with drive vanes (5) that are mechanically connected by a sprocket wheel such that the drive vanes exert an influence on a drive shaft of a generator so as to drive the generator. The generator is mounted in a nacelle. A set of rotating wing vane accelerators is fixed on the wing such that the length and the concentric shape of the drums individually match with that of the wing.
