The gearbox (1) i.e. six-speed gearbox (40), has drive gearwheels (6-9) for forward and reverse gears (G1-G6, R) arranged on a gearbox drive shaft (4). Output gearwheels (10-13) for the forward and reverse gears are arranged on another gearbox drive shaft (5). The drive gearwheels of the forward gears are engaged with the output gearwheels of the forward gears by synchronization devices (15, 16) by switching elements (14). The gearbox is connected with a motor shaft (31) by a single clutch (20). An input region (19) for the shaft has a planetary gear stage (18) with a brake device (3).
