The arrangement has radial bearings moved tangentially around a driving shaft and arranged one behind the other at an equal distance. Rings are fastened to outer sides of the radial bearings and provided with retainers for connecting rods e.g. tapes or ropes. The connecting rods are fastened to the shaft, where diameter of an inner side of the radial bearings is larger than the diameter of the shaft. The shaft is designed as a hollow axle with an axial hollow space, and an inner ring of the radial bearings is coupled with the shaft.
