The unit (3) has a rotary plate (4) producing control signals for function by rotating around a rotational axis (5). The plate comprises rotary stoppers (6) such that a control signal for another function is produced during rotation of the plate around overturning angular regions (7) projecting over the rotary stoppers. Return springs (8) are provided at the rotary stoppers and produce return force aligned back to the rotary stoppers opposite to a rotation direction after the rotation of the plate. A display panel (10) e.g. LED, is aligned parallel to the rotational axis.
