The spring plate has a wheel guide element on which the suspension spring (14) is supported. A rotation pole is pivotally mounted on the surface of the wheel guide element, and is swingable along two mutually perpendicular rotational axes intersecting at a common point of intersection. The suspension spring is supported on a lower spring support portion arranged below the common point of intersection. The suspension spring is supported by a pivot bearing made of elastomeric material.
