The arrangement has a pair of cross-shaped decoupling slots arranged in a propagation zone of a metallic limitation area of a broadside of a non-radiating dielectric wave conductor. A planar substrate layer is applied on the broad side of the wave conductor, where coupling slots (E1, E2) and the decoupling slots are arranged in the planar substrate layer. Micro strip lines (ML1, ML2) are provided on top of the substrate layer in a region of the coupling slots and the decoupling slots. One coupling slot is arranged vertical to a longitudinal axis of the wave conductor. An independent claim is also included for an array antenna.
