The motor vehicle body has an opening as access to a loading area and a pivoting flap for closing or releasing the opening. A closing part and a locking part are arranged at the flap and the opening corresponding to each other. An actuator (3) is pushed with manually forward open flap by an automatic adjusting device (5) in a rest position. The actuator is manipulated after renewed locking of the flap by the adjusting device under the tension of a spring (4) in a direction of a counter bearing (2).
