The carriage (1) has a longer power arm (3) and a shorter load arm (4). The ends of the power arm and load arm are attached with an axle (12). The power arm is provided with left right telescoping beam and right telescoping beam (8) which are spaced apart in parallel. A frame is mounted on holding device (10) for receiving a working device. The holding device is located on central leg (11.3) of cross element (11). A free end of a spindle (14) is provided for receiving a rotating component (16). The spindle of the carriage is used as a fulcrum (21).
