Method for operating steering of vehicle, involves interlocking overlapping steering when regulating deviation value exceeds upper tolerance value or when regulating deviation value falls below lower tolerance value
The method involves interlocking overlapping steering (1) when a regulating deviation value exceeds an upper tolerance value or when the regulating deviation value falls below a lower tolerance value. The actual steering handle angle is detected and a target steering angle corresponding to the actual steering handle angle is determined. The regulating deviation value is determined from actual steering angle and the target steering angle. The size of the upper tolerance value or the lower tolerance value are continuously or regularly changed. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) a regulating device for a steering for executing the steering operating method; and (2) a steering with a sensor.
