The deploying device (1) has a valve unit (3), particularly hand-valve and a receiving device (10) for a surface coating unit, particularly a coating cushion. The surface coating unit is attached at a carrier which is detachably connected with the receiving device. The valve unit comprises a filter unit. The receiving device is formed with the valve over a plug-in system with a coupling nut (12) for fixing the receiving device at the valve. The receiving device comprises a changing device for automatic changing of the carrier. An independent claim is included for a deploying system with a compression tool.
