The transfer element (1) is operated by shift lever against a sliding sleeve in operating position of transmission. A damping structure (2) is equipped for attenuating the oscillations of transfer element in axial direction. A counter-vibratory mass (4) is arranged concentrically relative to the central axis (5), and a base (6) is displaced along central axis. The two spring elements (7,8) are arranged on opposite sides of counter-vibratory mass in axial direction.
