Non-alcoholic beverage comprises an extract of Spirulinaand/or Chlorella, and an extract of Lithothamnium calcareum. The solid content of extract of Spirulinaand/or Chlorellais less than 0.25 g/l, based on the total amount of the beverage, at 20[deg] C. An independent claim is also included for producing the above non-alcoholic beverage, comprising (a) providing biomass of Spirulinaand/or Chlorella, (b) dispersing the biomass provided in the step (a) in the water, (c) heat-treating the dispersion prepared in the step (b) and separating the extracted biomass, (d) filtering the liquid extract obtained in the step (c) to a solution having a solid content of less than 0.025 wt.%, at 20[deg] C, (e) providing the extract of Lithothamnium calcareum, and (f) adding the solution obtained in the step (d), the extract provided in the step (e) and carbon dioxide to water.
