The packing device (10) has a sleeve body, which is opened at one side for attaching an inward-turning tool. The jaw bone (2) forms a contacting area in an opening state of the insert body in an insert position. The inward-turning tool has an angle piece locked into an implant body (1) for controlling a latched position. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) an implant device for use in a mouth of a patient; and (2) a method for introducing a temporary or permanently insert body in a human-jaw bone.
