The method involves providing each capacitor in capacitor block for storing electrical energy, and connecting the capacitor blocks in cascade arrangement to form a block chain. The number of the connected capacitor blocks is unlimited, and the block chain is always expanded with new capacitor blocks. The capacitor blocks in the chain are individually, successively, and continuously charged and the energy stored in the capacitor blocks is discharged together.
