The insect repellent device (1) has the magnetic closing units (13,14) that are arranged on a casement (8) and frame (4) respectively. A sealing strip is installed to seal the gap between casement and the frame or the window frame for supporting the door or window casing. The magnetic closing units are attached to end faces of the casement and frame through the facing surfaces of exposed magnetic closing bars, in the closed position.
