The hydrodynamic machine has a housing (4) enclosing two impellers (1,2) that are driven by a drive shaft (5). The drive shaft is sealed against housing by sealing units (6,9). A bearing (7) is provided for supporting drive shaft relative to housing. A common working medium supply channel (8) is branched into two branch lines (10,11). A deformable diaphragm membrane (12) is placed in one of the branch lines or in the region of the branch from the common working medium supply channel so as to adjust the quantity of working medium.
