The drive arrangement (1) has an electric motor (5) and a transmission (7), where the electric motor has a cooling circuit (9) with a cooling medium. The transmission has a lubricating circuit (10) with a lubricating medium. The cooling circuit of the electric motor stands in connection with the lubricating circuit such that lubricating medium of the transmission is heated by the cooling medium of the electric motor. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a drive arrangement.
