The combination has two sanitary systems and a pedestal (3), where a urinal (2) is attached on an upper part of the pedestal. The combination is made of ceramic, plastic or metal. A washbasin is attached to a water source and a sewage system drain (5) by the combination. A water drain lock (1) is provided for drain water of the urinal. The urinal is provided with drainage openings. The water flows into the urinal via the openings for rinsing, reaches into a rinsing device (4) from the urinal, and passes into the sewage system drain.
