The equipment has hydraulic accumulator (3) provided at end of high pressure side impulse water line (2). The electrical connections of double block (32) relative to high-voltage network (29) are performed. The water balance is checked in parent control and optimization of block, so that operator compensates impending shortages caused by greater deviations between predicted and actual accusations.
