The training equipment (1) has a length-adjustable rod (7), which is provided with a muzzle-like fastening end (8). The rod is formed for holding of transverse beam or longitudinal beam around a circumferential transverse section with the fastening end. Another end (9) is provided, at which a connecting device is fixed. The rod is adjusted in its length telescopically. The rod is fixed in any rotational position with respect to a beam axis (19). The fastening end is formed from a pipe clamp (10).
